Muffins |
I love muffins; I can eat them every day. The important part is that it takes only a little time to prepare them, so in about 1 hour you can have fresh muffins every morning.
Ingredients:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1/2 cup sugar
-3 teaspoons baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-3/4 cup milk
-1/3 cup oil
-1 egg, beaten
-vanilla
I.In a medium bowl put the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and mix them well.
II.In a small bowl, add milk, oil and the egg and mix well.
III.Add the dry ingredients all at once and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
IV.Grease bottoms on 12 muffin cups and fill them just like 2/3.
V. Put them in the oven, bake at 200° C for about 18-22 minutes.
You can also add: blueberries, nuts, apples+cinnamon, raisins, 1teaspoon of lemon or orange peel.

-2 cani de faina
-1/2 cana de zahar
-3 lingurite de praf de copt
-1/2 lingurita de sare
-3/4 cana de lapte
-1/3 cana de ulei
-1 ou, batut
-vanilie
I.Intr-un vas de marime medie punem ingredientele uscate – faina, zaharul, praful de copt, sarea si vanilia si amestecam bine
II.Intr-un alt vas, trunam uleiul, laptele si oul si amestecam bine. Apoi adaugam ingredientele uscate si amestecam cu o lingura doar cat sa se inmoaie acestea.
III.Ungem cu ulei12 cupe de muffins pe care le umplem 2/3.
IV.Coacem la 200° C aproximativ 18-22 minute.
Mai putem adauga: afine, alune, mare+scortisoara, stafide, 1 lingurita de coaja de lamaie sau portocala.
