When we crave for a hamburger and we are not in the mood to go out to get it, then we can just eat a homemade one, much healthier and much tastier.
Ingredients:
-1/2 kg minced meat
-1 big onion
-1 egg
-a pinch of salt, black pepper, other spices, as u prefer
-crushed garlic (optional)
I. We mix the minced meat with the grated onion (or chopped, as you like); we add the egg and spices. (if needed, add the garlic)
II. We make meat balls and we press them till it takes the round form of a burger. We put them in a pan with some hot oil on the bottom and we wait till they are fried.

-1 ceapa mare
-1 ou
-sare, piper si alte condiment, dupa preferinta
-usturoi (optional)
I. Amestecam carnea tocata cu ceapa data pe razatoare (sau prin masina de tocat ori chiar taiata marunt cu cutitul), dupa care punem oul si condimente. Daca vrem, putem sa adaugam si 3-4 graunti de usturoi pisat.
II. Facem bilute de carne, dupa care le presam in palma pana ia forma unui burger, rotund. Le punem in tigaia cu putin ulei incins si asteptam pana burgerul este prajit.
