Ingredients:
-2 cups all purpose flour
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup oil
-1 cup milk
-2 eggs
-vanilla
-baking powder
I.We put all the ingredients together and it's good to use the mixer as we need to mix it very well, till the dough has bubbles of air inside. This helps it to grow while baking.
II.Then we put oil on a bottom of a try and pour the mix in.
III.We bake it at 180° C - 200° C for about 45 minutes. We usually check it after 30 minutes.
If we want it in 2 colors, we can just divide the dough into 2 parts and in one of them we add a tablespoon cocoa. when we pour it into the tray, we first put the dough without cocoa then, on its top, we pour the dough with cocoa.

Chec cu valinie

-2 cani de faina
-1 cana de zahar
-1/2 cana de ulei
-1 cana de lapte
-2 oua
I.Amestecam toate ingredientele si le batem bine cu telul sau folosim mixerul pana se fac bule de aer. Asta face coca sa se ridice si sa fie pufoasa.
II.Ungem o tava cu ulei si turnam coca de prajitura.
III.Coacem la o temperature de 180° C - 200° C aproximativ 45 de minute. De obicei ne uitam la ea dupa 30 de minute.
Daca vrem sa facem checul in doua culori, atunci impartim coca in doua. In unul din vase punem o lingura de cacao si amestecam. Pentru copt, punem mai intai in tava coca fara cacao, apoi turnam pe cea care contine cacao si bagam la cuptor.
