Shrimps Recipe



When it's about seafood, this makes us all think twice before preparing something. And that's just because this type of food needs a special attention. We don’t cook seafood every day; therefore we expect the recipe to be a good one. I've tried more kinds of sauce when I cooked shrimps, but the one below I like the best.

Ingredients: 

-1/2 kg shrimps
-olive oil (or just sunflower oil)
-5-6 cloves garlic
-2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
-salt and cumin
-1 egg
-flour and bread crumbs.

I.We crush the garlic and we add the salt, then we pour the oil and the lemon juice. We stir till he get like a sauce.  

II.We put the shrimps into the sauce and we leave them at least 30 minutes. The best is to leave them into the sauce over the night, in the fridge.

III.Take the shrimps out of the sauce, then roll the shrimps into flour, then into beaten egg and again roll them into bread crumbs and put them in a pan with hot oil to be fried for about 4-5 minutes.

Creveti

Ingrediente:

-1/2 kg creveti
-ulei de masline (sau doar ulei de floarea soarelui)
-5-6 graunti de usturoi
-2-3 linguri de zeama de lamiae
-1 ou
-faina, pesmet

I.Pisam usturoiul cu sarea, apoi adaugam uleiul si zeama de lamaie pana se obtine un sos mai gros.

II.Punem crevetii in acest sos si il lasam cel putin 30 de minute. De obicei, ca sa aiba gust bun, eu ii las la frigider peste noapte.

III.Scoatem crevetii din sos, apoi ii dam prin faina, prin ou si prin pesmet, dupa care ii punem intr-o tigaie cu ulei incins. ii tinem pe foc aproximativ 4-5 minute.
