Ingredients:
-1 big onion
-2 green peppers
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-spices – salt, cumin, black pepper
-some oil and butter
I. We chop the onion and the green pepper into small pieces and we put it to be fried into butter and oil, on a medium fire.
II. Then add the rice, spices and water and mix well, then add the tomato paste. Cover the pot. We add water to cover the rice, like to fingers above the rice.
III. When the rice "drinks" the water, put it on a small fire (very, very small) for 10 minutes.
We serve it with fish or seafood. Enjoy it!
