Turkish Sweet


Cand eram acasa, dulciurile turcesti si arabesti mi se pareau imposibil de facut, erau ceva exotic. Acum, din cand in cand, le fac si eu doar din placerea de a face, nu pentru ca nu le-as putea cumpara de la cofetarie :) Si, cum mereu am spus, o spun si de data asta - pentru mine, cand pregatesc ceva in bucatarie, cele mai importante lucruri sunt: mancarea trebuie sa fie gustoasa, suficienta (mare in cazul prajiturilor :) ), sa nu ma coste foarte mult si sa nu-mi ia mult timp de preparare. Asta ma determina sa mai fac si altadata.

Sper sa fie o reteta usoara si pentru voi si sa aveti pofta!

Baclavaua scoasa de la cuptor si insiropata

 Ingredients:

-1 pie sheets package
-400 gr walnuts
-1butter package
-some oil
-1 kg sugar
-700 ml water

Syrup:
We mix the sugar with the water and we boil them together (around 10 minutes) till it becomes a thick syrup.

I. Grind the walnuts with a hand mill.

II. We melt the butter and we mix it with the oil, then and we use some for the bottom of the tray.

III. We put 2-3 pie sheets and we butter them and we do this again and again.

IV. After every 2-3 sheet layers, we put 1 layer of walnuts.

V. the last layer will be buttered.

VI. we cut the sweet into pieces and we put it in a pre-heated oven until the surface becomes crispy.

VII.Then we take it out of the oven and we pour the cold syrup (room temperature) on the top. We cover the tray and we leave it till it will be cold.

On the top, you can sprinkle coconut or cinnamon.

Ingrediente:

-1 pachet foi de placinta
-400g miez de nuca
-1 pachet de unt
-putin ulei (il amestecam cu untul)
-1 kg zahar
-700 ml apa

Siropul:
Zaharul si apa se pun la fiert aproximativ 10 minute, pana se ingroasa siropul.

I.Macinam nucile

II. Topim untul si amestecam cu putin ulei

III.ungem tava cu amestecul asta de unt si ulei, apoi intindem o foaie si o ungem cu unt, punem alta foaie si iar o ungem.

IV. dupa fiecare 2-3 foi se pune un strat de nuca

V. Ultima foaie se unge cu untul ramas.

VI. prajitura se taie si se pune la cuptor pana se rumeneste prima foaie si devine crocanta.

VII.Dupa ce o scoatem din cuptor, turnam peste prajitura fierbinte siropul racit la temperature camerei . acoperim tava si o lasam sa se raceasca.

Deasupra puteti presara scortisoara sau nuca de cocos.
