Seafood Cocktail


Seafood sauce is the most important one when it comes about seafood. There are lots of recipes, but today I'll give you a tasty one. The recipe is easy and if you want, you may also add garlic. For me, garlic is one of my favorites. It gives a special taste to the food. So, here is the Cocktail of Seafood.

Ingredients:

-2 cups mixed seafood – shrimps, crab, prawns, oysters, crayfish
-1 cup cream
-1/4 cup tomato sauce
-2 teaspoons lemon juice (or more, as you like)
-white pepper
-1 cup shredded lettuce
-paprika or chopped parsley

I.Combine seafood. Chill while preparing sauce. 

II.Put cream in a bowl and beat thickened slightly, about the consistency of egg white. Beat in tomato sauce, lemon juice and pepper. 

III.Place a small amount of lettuce into individual serving dishes. Divide seafood mixture evenly among the prepared dishes.   

IV.Spoon cream mixture over seafood. Garnish with paprika. 

Replace cream with natural unsweetened yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar if desired. 

Seafood Cocktail Sauce

Ingrediente:

-2  cani de fructe de mare amestecate – creveti, crab, stridii, raci
-1 cana smantana
-1/4 cana sos de rosii
-2 lingurite suc de lamaie (sau mai mult, dupa gust)
-piper alb
-1 legatura salata verde taiata marunt
-ardei iute, patrunjel

I.Amestecati fructele de mare. Tineti-le la rece in timp ce preparati sosul. 

II.Puneti smantana intr-un castron si bateti pana ia consistent albusului de ou. Adaugati sosul de rosii, sucul de lamaie si piperul. 

III.Puneti salata verde taiata marunt deasupra fiecarei portii. Impartiti fructele de mare in mod egal in farfurii, puneti sos peste ele. Se serveste cu paprika.

Puteti inlocui smantana cu iaurt natural neindulcit si o 1/2 lingurita de zahar daca doriti.
